Chelsea’s prenatal yoga class was one of the best things that I could have done for my baby and for myself during my pregnancy. It was a safe and judgement free environment to explore your pregnancy and all the changes your body goes through. It taught me that pregnancy should be celebrated, not feared and that labour doesn’t have to be a traumatic experience. The group of women i met through the class became both a support system and great friends. As someone that suffers from lower back pain, I was terrified that I wouldn’t be able to move by the end of my pregnancy, but the yoga helped my body adapt to the changes and keep me moving right until the end. ~ Cindy
