I have attended prenatal yoga sessions and currently attend Mom & Baby yoga with Chelsea. While pregnant, attending yoga helped me to remember what was important… relaxation and positive thoughts for the future. I love that Chelsea has expanded her service to welcome babies, it is nice to be able to spend time with my baby and other new mom’s while getting some exercise and time for relaxation! I now have many friends who attend and enjoy Chelsea’s classes with me. ~ Jo
