Our Prenatal Yoga sessions focus on the connection between mother and baby, while strengthening the muscles most utilized during pregnancy and birth to aid in facilitating a more comfortable birth experience

Each and every class is specifically designed for pregnancy, interweaving yoga postures, childbirth education, pelvic floor work, visualization, meditation, and breath awareness.  We also address the therapeutic applications of various postures that can be helpful to reducing the discomfort of common prenatal aches and pains.

We understand the importance of not only staying physically healthy during pregnancy but also staying emotionally comfortable and grounded, which is why we work so hard to create a safe, open community which allows you to free discuss any issues, from discomforts and concerns, to the wonderful new changes your body and baby are experiencing with other expectant mamas.

Our specially designed yoga classes are taught in a way that will not only help you access your own intuitive understanding of pregnancy and birth, but also encourage each to listen to their own body at practice at their own pace.
